Join Katherine Oldfield, Frederick Jordan Chambers, and Kirralee Young, 6 St James Hall Chambers, on Wednesday, 22 February 2023 at 5.00pm for seminar on ‘How to capture the value of your effort’. The seminar will be chaired by Mark Walsh SC, 7 Wentworth Selborne.
The seminar will advise members how to record, bill and recover the appropriate amount using the costs processes that barristers have available to them and address common misunderstandings and areas of confusion regarding key costs provisions that can lead to recovery of less than the full value of a barrister’s work.
